Oshawa seniors invited to Healthy You Camp

OSHAWA -- The Oshawa Senior Citizens Centres is hosting its first Healthy You Camp on Monday, July 13.

The day will offer health-related courses provided by instructors from the OSCC Conant branch. Six unique fitness programs will be featured, including stress-buster yoga, reiki, reflexology, therapeutic touch and tai chi.

The camp includes breakfast, lunch and a workshop on making smoothies. Facials, hand treatments and use of a Nintendo Wii Fit will also be on offer, along with the chance to walk through a newly-opened outdoor labyrinth.

The Healthy You Camp runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Space is limited and participants must book in advance.
