DURHAM -- The Durham Region Labour Council is hosting its annual Labour Day Picnic at Memorial Park in downtown Oshawa on Sept. 1.
All workers and their families are invited to join the celebration, which runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This year's event will feature music by Mike Pollard, face painting, radio controlled cars, a race track and barbecue lunch.
There is no admission charge.
