OSHAWA -- An Oshawa couple is looking to have some fun, help pay down their debt and support a worthy cause with one unique family event.
Sean Crites and Amanda Lampi have organized the Boogie With Your Baby event as part of their challenge for the show Til Debt Do Us Part. The show aims to help couples pay down debt and take control of their finances.
The couple hopes hip parents and kids will come out to the Groove Lounge Aug. 31 from 2 to 6 p.m. to meet new friends and dance the day away to the tunes of a live DJ. There will also be refreshments, pizza, games and free giveaways.
Kids under 12 get in free. Adult tickets are $15 or two for $20 and can be purchased at the door. Two dollars of every ticket sold will be donated to the Grandview Children's Centre.
