Aug 27, 2008 - 10:27 AM

OSHAWA -- Images caught by a security camera helped police track down a suspect in the robbery last week of an Oshawa drugstore.

The investigation began after a man robbed the pharmacy at Lovell Drugs on King Street East. The bandit broke through a door at the pharmacy desk and scooped drugs into a bag during the heist on the evening of Aug. 21, police said.

On Tuesday Durham cops arrested a suspect at an Oshawa hostel. James Robert McIlveen, 31, of no fixed address is charged with robbery.
