Confidence in the lesson plan at Simcoe Hall

OSHAWA -- Simcoe Hall Settlement House is encouraging women to live confidently as part of their Like Skills programs.

The Confident Living program addresses challenges that can leave women feeling overwhelmed and discouraged about life.

Classes include Strengthening Your Self Esteem, What’s Right About You, Personal Values Clarification, Whole Life Building, Stress Management, The Win/Win of Assertion, Dealing With Difficult People and Getting a Grip on Anger.

Classes are held one afternoon a week for ten weeks. The cost is $50 but is negotiable for people on assistance. The next session starts September 15.
