Newcastle arena roof to be replaced

NEWCASTLE -- The Municipality will spend almost $323,000 to replace the roof at Newcastle arena.

The contract has been awarded to Bel-Con Design-Builders Limited of Belleville.

Money to pay for the work will be taken from an account holding money granted through Infrastructure Canada for the project.

Work is to be completed by May 31.
