We asked, All things considered, is a $380,000 house a better deal in Toronto or Oshawa?

 If all things are considered, the $380,000 house is a much better deal in Toronto than in Oshawa. Property taxes in Oshawa are too damn high and the Toronto house has a higher chance of increasing in value than the Oshawa house.
