How can I buy a reprint of a photo that appeared in the paper?
You can purchase a print or digital copy of most photographs published in our print editions or on durhamregion.com by visiting photosdurhamregion.com where you will select the photo you wish to purchase and click 'purchase reprint of this photo now'. How do I send a letter to the editor?
When submitting a letter we require your first and last name and city of residence which will be published with the letter. We generally do not print anonymous letters. We require a daytime phone number for verification purposes - this number will not be published. Due to space restrictions in print, letter writers are generally limited to 200 words and one submission in 30 days. Longer letters will appear online at durhamregion.com only. We decline open letters, consumer complaints, congratulations, thank you notes and poetry. The editor reserves the right to edit letters for length, style and clarity. The newspaper contacts only those people whose submissions have been chosen for publication. View our Privacy Policy. 100% of our print stories are posted online. Print photographs are posted both as attachments to stories on durhamregion.com, and in photo galleries at photosdurhamregion.com where they can be purchased for personal use. Often letters to the editor which do not appear in print are printed due to space restrictions are printed online.
