DURHAM -- A wet and warm weekend is in the forecast, but if you're one of those hearty souls whose rubber boots are always close at hand, the Oak Ridges Trail Association is hosting hikes on Friday and Saturday in southeast Uxbridge Township. If you've never been there, it's truly one of Durham's most scenic areas.

But if the forecast has you thinking of the great indoors, catch a play at StoneCircle Theatre in Ajax, Class Act Dinner Theatre in Whitby or at Town Hall 1873 in Port Perry. Sunday is your last chance to see the Gary Greenwood: Tourist exhibition at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery in Oshawa.
