We asked, should Northumberland County allow for more development or protect the Northumberland way of life with its growth plan?

What is the 'Northumberland way of life'? I believe hunting, fishing and other rural activities are part of that way of life. It seems that these activities are under attack if we refer to recent events such as the Northumberland forest dispute and the recent attacks on the character of Maverick Magazine. We are (dare I say it??) a majority of Anglo Canadian with some interesting and welcome new cultural influences. Is this a way of life? Let's answer these questions first.
